Emmanuelle joined the Chiropractic Heath Centre in February 2015 as one of our 5 highly qualified Chiropractors.
Emmanuelle Marchais graduated at the French-European Chiropractic Institute in Paris (France) in 2000.
After graduating Emmanuelle ran her own practice in Paris for over 12 years, In addition, she was a Teaching Clinician for techniques and sat on the Examination Board for many years at the French-European Chiropractic Institute (IFEC).
Passion for managing pain
From the beginning of her training, she has developed an attraction for paediatrics, after graduating from college, she attended numerous training courses with the International Chiropractic Paediatrics Association (ICPA) and this has allowed her to treat many children and pregnant women. It was here she gained her fellowship in Paediatrics.
Emmanuelle also enjoys working with athletes, she obtained a Diploma from the University of Orsay (Versailles) in managing pain and where pain comes from, was a Teacher’s Assistant for Human Dissection and is also certified in Kinesio taping, an effective technique for the treatment of muscle injuries.
She has also followed training in Activator, SOT and techniques for extremities and will continue to undertake on going courses in her interests as part of the continuing CPD Programme.
Emmanuelle worked in Paris until 2013 and then moved to a busy reputable clinic in Canada before returning to the UK to join us at Orpington and Blackheath clinics.
Emmanuelle’s aim is to enable people of all ages, families and sportsman/women, to receive chiropractic care quality based on a professional and personal approach.
